O Beach Ibiza guide: how the pool party works, rules and timings

O Beach is where a lot of people in San Antonio spend the afternoon before the night starts. It's a pool party with a show, and it has a few rules that catch first-timers out: arrival cut-offs, strict ID checks and no re-entry. Here's how it works.

What O Beach is

O Beach is a day club on the coast of San Antonio, on Carrer des Molí, with a rotating daily schedule. Ibiza Spotlight describes poolside parties with house and dance music and some R&B, plus VIP beds, choreographed shows, aerial acts and parades. It isn't a quiet beach club; for that, Spotlight points to Bam-Bu-Ku next door as the calmer option.

Timings and arrival cut-offs

Parties generally run from 13:00 into the evening; the 2026 grand opening ran from 13:00 to 23:00, and the closing listing gave 13:00 to 22:00. The rule to remember is the arrival cut-off: in 2026, early-entry tickets had to be inside before 14:00 and standard pre-sale tickets before 15:00. Ibiza Spotlight noted the venue is sold out almost every day. Opening and closing times can vary day to day.

The rules

  • Strictly 18+. Under-18s are refused or removed without refund, even if let in by mistake.
  • Everyone needs a passport or driving licence.
  • No re-entry: if you leave, you pay again.
  • Management can change hours or close early for operational, safety or weather reasons.

Bed or ticket?

There are two ways in. A dance-floor ticket gets you into the party; a VIP bed gives your group a base by the pool for the whole afternoon. Beds and tickets are booked through the venue's events calendar, and the reservations team can be reached by phone or email. For a group spending five or six hours in the sun, a bed is the comfortable option.

Prices and the 2026 season

O Beach soft-opened on 24 April 2026 and held its grand opening on 1 May, with tickets at €40 before 14:00 and €50 general. The season closed on Sunday 11 October with Joel Corry and Majestic, live musicians and aerial acrobatics; closing tickets were listed from about €40–50.

Quick tips

  • Book ahead, especially weekends and opening or closing parties.
  • Arrive before your ticket's cut-off time.
  • Bring your passport or driving licence, sun protection and everything you need for the afternoon.
  • Plan the evening: the Sunset Strip and San Antonio's clubs are close by.

For 2027, expect a similar calendar: soft opening in late April, grand opening at the start of May. We'll update our O Beach page with the dates.

What a typical afternoon looks like

Most people arrive in the early afternoon, inside the cut-off time on their ticket, and settle in by the pool. The DJs build through the afternoon, and the shows, aerial acts and parades punctuate the day. By early evening the party is at its peak, and when it finishes the crowd spills out towards the Sunset Strip and San Antonio's bars. Because there's no re-entry, it's a day you commit to: bring what you need and plan to stay.

Who O Beach suits

O Beach suits groups who want a big, social afternoon with music, shows and sunshine, and who are staying in or near San Antonio. It's less suited to anyone looking for a quiet beach day or an underground music policy. For a smaller pool party with a younger crowd, Ibiza Rocks is nearby.

If you're a group with mixed plans, agree in advance whether you're staying for the whole afternoon, since nobody can pop out and come back in. It saves arguments at the gate.
